I got to hear Billy Collins speak a few months ago, he was hilarious. I guess I was surprised that a Poet Laureate could be so funny!

I just now found out that I missed Billy Collins speaking locally yesterday (and my first reaction: gotta go tell Ruth The Poet :^). Had I read the e-newsletter from the bookstore when it was first sent, I would have known. It would have been hard to get there (transportation issues) and I would have missed something else I attended instead. I guess I'll have to be content with watching this video instead! No yellow dress here.
