Poetry Friday: Summer Poetry Swap

Much thanks to Carol Varsalona, who sent me a lovely digital journal for the Summer Poetry Swap. Here are some screen grabs of it:

The thoughtfulness and creativity of these Poetry Swaps never cease to amaze me. They have really been bright spots this year.

Jone Rush MacCulloch is hosting the roundup today. Check out what everyone is posting!

A lovely and thoughtful swap gift from Carol! I am struck by a "trellis of love." What a wonderful image, beautiful and sturdy, with room to grow.

Oh thank you for sharing these beauties from Carol! I love the Haiti one especially. Thinking of you, dear Ruth. xo

Ruth, I am sorry that I did visit your site earlier. What with our recent trip to Virginia, the hosting of SJT, and signing a contract to put our house on the market, it has been hectic here. I am appreciative that you shared my poetry swap gift at PF. Stay well. If the heat index is so high here, I can't imagine what it is like in Haiti. Enjoy the summer.

Lovely garden of poetry. I feel refreshed with these exchanges. Many strong thoughts to you from Florida. Wishing you, your Family & your World in Haiti, safety in this time of Hurricane Cat 1 Isais.
