Reading Update

In recent days, I've finished the following books (#7, #8, and #9):

My Brother Sam is Dead
Uglies
Pretties

Ooh! All my kids are reading Uglies and Pretties. I'm in the middle of Dragon Rider so I haven't gotten to the others yet. What did you think of Uglies and Pretties?

I liked them a lot, especially the first one. They bring up some fascinating issues that would be really fun to discuss with middle schoolers. I'm planning to post more of a review when I get a moment.
