Yesterday I went back to work, or rather I stayed home to work. We had a Zoom faculty meeting in the morning, and then we worked getting ready to start back to online teaching today. It's supposed to be just a week - we'll see - but it's kind of a letdown after the fun and enthusiasm of the holiday and the new beginning of January 1st. It's just the same now, not a new beginning. Just Zoom and emails and blah.

Ruth, I am so glad that you have the memories of the holidays to hold on to on a blah day. We all have those kinds of days. I look forward to your SJT post when the big reveal comes. The grumps will turn into joy. See you there. I will post on Wednesday night because we are traveling to Virginia on Thursday.
" went back to work, or rather I stayed home to work." There is such a 'Groundhog Day' feel to teaching this year, isn't there? Wishing you joy in the midst of the zooming!
Ruth, that is disappointing. I hope it's just a week! I like Maureen's analogy of Groundhog Day. It does seem to be a never-ending March 2020! I hope it will be back soon with little Zooming!
