Oh, the deep, deep love of Jesus,
Vast, unmeasured, boundless, free!
Rolling as a mighty ocean
In its fullness over me,
Underneath me, all around me,
Is the current of Thy love;
Leading onward, leading homeward
To my glorious rest above.
Oh, the deep, deep love of Jesus,
Spread His praise from shore to shore!
How He loveth, ever loveth,
Changeth never, nevermore;
How He watches o'er His loved ones,
Died to call them all His own;
How for them He intercedeth,
Watcheth o'er them from the throne.
Oh, the deep, deep love of Jesus,
Love of every love the best;
'Tis an ocean vast of blessing,
'Tis a haven sweet of rest,
Oh, the deep, deep love of Jesus,
'Tis a Heav'n of Heav'ns to me;
And it lifts me up to glory,
For it lifts me up to Thee.

Thanks Ruth.
I didn't know I was allowed to use copyrighted stuff on my blog. Can I use cartoons as long as I site the reference?
Hi Anonymous,
I'm far from an expert on this topic but I'll do a little research. I guess I assume if it's on the web already and I could link to it, then it's OK to post part of the content as long as I say where I got it. In the case of this hymn, I'm pretty sure it's in the public domain, yes?
I see people posting cartoons all the time. I know, I know, just because everybody does it...
