Birdtober Day One: Blue-winged Pitta

I'm still hardly writing anything that isn't work-related, but I'm going to attempt Birdtober again this year, if only because focusing on the sheer abundance and variety of the bird species of the world makes me feel happy.

Today's bird is the Blue-winged Pitta.
