It was good to see my students again after our enforced holiday. Most of them, when asked whether they had enjoyed the break, responded with the word "boring." It seems that even school is better than staying home for days on end.
Here's to the rest of the school year being uninterrupted...

Ahh, to stay home for days on end ... oh, wait, I already do. Hmmm ....
When i was leaving a school committee meeting last night at 9 PM, the principal said, resignedly, "we're probably not going to have a snow day tomorrow". No, we're not, it's going to get up to 70F - but it did give me a chance to tell her about your political unrest days! (We didn't have one of those, either.)
