This poem called "Holding Hands" has been open on my desktop since November of 2020. We really do need each other.
The poem goes well with this article about a wonderful friendship, also a long-term open tab. But not now that I've put it here in a Spring Cleaning post!

I saw this story about these two friends on CBS one evening during the pandemic. It's a sweet story, for sure. It pairs nicely with the poem you shared.
I hadn't see the 'high-five' story, made me teary, Ruth. And yes, we are all holding hands, this time for April, poetry month! Thank you!
